Example opens up about next Album
Example has revealed all about his new album saying it's gonna be 'Epic'
The singer and rapper, who achieved commercial success this year with his sophomore effort Won’t Go Quietly, also said that he has approached his next record as if he were in a rock band.
“I’ve approached the new songs more like a band, like a Coldplay or Snow Patrol album,” he told the Daily Star.
“Every song is going to be a lot more epic, and while it’s gonna be poppy in the sense that it’s really catchy, I haven’t written it as a typical pop album. Song structures are a bit all over the place and all the lyrics are a lot darker, so it’s more grown up.”
Describing the tone of the record, he teased: “It’s all about f**ked up love, messed up relationships and when you’re feeling low and looking at the dark side of it all.”
Example recently confessed that a track on his upcoming album was inspired by the drug ketamine.
